- Complete Move of Grade 5 Files to Middle School (MS)
- New Telephone List in All Rooms
- Help with Welcoming New Staff
- Meet with Elementary School daily and support
- Absentee Report
- Organize Staff Cover if needed
- Compile Allergy List for ES students
- Collect updated information for EYP and Kinder students and staff for Early Childhood Commission (ECC) files
- Check all ES rooms during scheduled or unscheduled earthquake/fire alarm/lockdown drills. Take red/green cards and report to field
- Complete internal paperwork such as Staff Leave forms and distribute as needed for field trips and/or internal events
- Orientation Support
- Class Lists for Teachers
- Supervise the Duty Roster while working alongside the ES Principal
- Set up bi-weekly meetings with Middle Manager
- Create Progress Reports for all students
- Early Childhood Commission (ECC) Updates, Police Records, Food Handlers Permits, Etc.
